What You Will Do Engineering Design for Large, Complex Projects Develop the overall engineering design, focusing on high-risk and technically challenging initiatives. Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead and guide a team of engineers, offering technical support and career development. Project Coordination & Quality Assurance Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables by coordinating the engineering team’s work. Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback to maintain technical excellence. Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing Promote best practices and drive process enhancements for increased efficiency. Oversee and support extended engineering teams across Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary. Risk Management & Reporting Monitor project progress, address issues, and mitigate risks to meet deployment and project objectives. Tool & Process Standardization Implement standardized processes and tools to boost engineering productivity and consistency. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with project execution, sales, procurement, and product management to ensure timely delivery and cost optimization. Required What We Look For Master’s Degree in Engineering – A strong technical foundation is essential.5+ Years’ Experience in a lead engineer role – Proven leadership in managing complex engineering projects. Expertise in Industrial Refrigeration – Solid background in designing systems and turn-key installations. Fluency in English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
