Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe's biggest airline. Across our network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft systems, structures, and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and deliver our customers to their destinations on time. A new exciting opportunity has arisen within Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire a Composite Workshop Shift Supervisor in our hangar in Wroclaw. Responsibilities for this position include: Supervise and organize manpower and planning Organize and evaluate repairs Allocate and prioritize tasks and manage technical jobs Order and progress spares Ensure documentation is completed correctly in accordance with maintenance and company procedures Enforce company regulations and policies Maintain a clean and tidy work area and environment at all times Develop skills of all staff, including apprentices and trainee mechanics Assist with and carry out structural repairs Perform any additional tasks allocated by management Requirements include: SRM structural repair experience is essential Experience in a MRO structural repair workshop/hangar environment is preferred Experience inspecting components and compiling work packs Willingness to work towards gaining company CRS approval if not already held Previous experience supervising or managing manpower is essential Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential Willingness to work shifts, including nights Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment Must have an unrestricted right to work in the UKWe offer: Contract of employment or B2 B agreement Shift pattern allowing up to 3 months off during summer Initial accommodation provided for relocation Type rating and module courses financing Discounts at shops in Wroclaw's Airport and city Private medical care Referral program Opportunities for international business travel Inclusive meetings Employee parking space Co-financing for work clothes and medical glasses
