Job Description
- Direct and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for the EMEA region, with an emphasis on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Guarantee exceptional service and process standards in global business organizations by conducting regular performance evaluations and consistently meeting or surpassing SLAs.
- Work collaboratively with corporate and regional teams to establish SLAs and align on business goals and performance expectations.
- Engage in global procurement and supply chain projects, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and promoting the sharing of best practices across teams.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Implement talent management strategies aimed at increasing employee retention, reducing turnover, and developing a highly skilled supply chain workforce.
- Co-define and achieve operational targets, managing change implications within client organizations and governance structures.
- Leverage data-driven insights to monitor operational costs and spending, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process enhancements.
- Proactively assess operational risks, implement mitigation strategies, and provide strategic risk management guidance to clients.
- Address and resolve client issues and complaints, showcasing strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
The Successful Applicant
- University Degree and minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including 7+ years of experience in leading teams over 20 FTEs
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level).
- Experience in senior stakeholder management at a regional level.
- Proven track record of process improvements in the supply chain area.
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
