Position Summary: As our Area Sales Manager – EMEA, you will play a crucial role in identifying, implementing, and monitoring business opportunities across the Baltics, Balkans, Moldova, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, and Ukraine.

Your mission is to achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, effective negotiation, and close collaboration with our global teams.

You’ll temporarily report to the Managing Director – EMEA, with potential changes in reporting lines as the company evolves.

Key Responsibilities: Market Leadership: Map market potential, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Ownership: Achieve sales targets and report on progress, adjusting action plans as needed.

Customer Management: Conduct regular customer visits, negotiate orders, and meet specific targets per customer.

Reporting: Share detailed travel and market reports with management.

Pricing Strategy: Follow internal price policies and suggest improvements.

Training & Seminars: Identify training needs, develop content, and deliver seminars to keep customers informed about our products.

Sales Campaigns: Encourage and monitor sales campaigns in collaboration with our marketing teams.

Trade Shows: Participate in trade shows and industry events locally and globally.

Product Development: Support new product development by providing market insights and feedback.

Quality Assurance: Address quality issues promptly and efficiently.

Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of all Frasle products in your region.

Expense Management: Report travel expenses ethically, adhering to company policies.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the company’s strategic planning with relevant market information.

What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales (field force) of auto parts, focusing on the European independent aftermarket.

Education: Degree in Business Management, International Business, or Engineering.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experienced negotiator, independent, and able to prioritize tasks.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools.

Travel: Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis with a valid driver’s license.

Your Main Challenges: Grow sales in your region by 7% to 10% annually over the next 5 years.

Develop new accounts and seize business opportunities for all Frasle Mobility brands and products.
