Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the industry.
- Analyze market data, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics to develop informed business development strategies.
- Identify and qualify potential clients who require property management services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to acquire new clients and grow the company's portfolio.
- Define target markets and customer segments and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with property owners, leasing agents, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of the property management industry, including knowledge of real estate trends, regulations, and best practices, is essential.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or a related field, is required.
- Typing proficiency with a minimum speed of 80 words per minute, ensuring efficient communication and documentation.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with potential clients, leasing agents, property owners, and industry professionals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present proposals, negotiate contracts, and communicate with clients and colleagues.
- The ability to develop and implement strategic business development plans and sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Must be available to work from our office, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
