Senior Creative Artworker – German and English Speaker
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Creative Artworker to join our Creative Production team in Poland (remote). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented design and production specialist who’s fluent in both German and English. You’ll act as a brand guardian, leading the production of print and digital marketing assets, while ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency for a major global client.
Responsibilities
Oversee, create, and edit print-ready artwork for various media: brochures, flyers, press ads, POS, digital and social assets, and more
Adapt and version existing designs to ensure brand consistency
Liaise directly with clients, understanding briefs and delivering to high standards
Apply in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and 3 D rendering for POS displays
Perform retouching, color management, and pre-press tasks
Mentor internal stakeholders and uphold creative best practices
Manage projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Skills and Experience
Create, edit, and prepare print-ready and digital artwork across various media, ensuring brand consistency
Adapt existing designs and oversee artwork origination and versioning
Liaise directly with clients and uphold high standards of service and delivery
Apply expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including 3 D rendering, retouching, and pre-press processes
Mentor colleagues and support internal stakeholders on best practices
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery
