Software Engineer (C#) interested in developing further into the role of a Data Scientist ​

What will you be doing?

1. Contribute to influence model lifecycle: from research, experimentation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
2. Building and optimizing machine learning models using. NET and C#, e.g., customer lifetime value models, AI modules that support the recommendation engines and the use of a customer data platform.
3. Designing data pipelines and integrating ML solutions into production (search personalization, clickstream analysis, email triggers).
4. Improving and maintaining existing models to ensure performance, scalability, and robustness in production.
5. Collaborating closely with engineering, product and business teams to turn complex data into actionable product features.
6. Upholding high development standards by writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and embracing Dev Ops practices like testing and CI/CD.
7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the team by mentoring junior colleagues and bringing new perspectives to modeling and methodology discussions.

What will help you get the job done?

1. Strong background in. NET and C#.
2. Experience with Azure infrastructure, including Kubernetes and Azure Pipelines.
3. Analytical mindset with a passion for practical impact, not just research.
4. Excellent English and communication skills.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
