Prepare a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with Global PMO and NPI Planning on overall business strategy.Regularly measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan and make any needed corrections. Adjust time plan and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule.Manage and use resources across various projects and programs. Integrate people and other resource to develop, implement and monitor the integrated project plan.Be accountable for proactive risk & issue management within various implementation projects. Identify, recommend and implement program management practices based on industry leading knowledge of project management. Propose solution and plan, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur. Control dependencies and address escalated issues.Lead strategic process reviews and look for continuous improvement opportunities and build a culture of data driven decisions. Coordinate problem solving.Provide mentorship, coaching and development for team members and functional leads as appropriate. Support Engineers and Implementation Specialists in technical aspects to ensure that all projects and tasks are on time.Qualifications:Engineering /Packaging related degreeProduct Implementation experienceTeam management experience is required as they will be leading a team of specialists for few categoriesThis role will require experience with time management, prioritization and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals and deal with complex problems related to cost, quality and speed of implementationThe incumbent is responsible for managing multiple and often complex packaging development/implementation projects simultaneously.
