OVERVIEW
Working as a
Customer Solutions Consultant , you will be expected to grow and prospect several large multi-site local and strategic account customers. The successful candidate will have strong passion for sales and the ability to make corporate level sales calls and presentations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Prospecting and discovering new growth opportunities within the local market
Schedule and co-ordinate an initial customer meeting and perform high level presentations
Facilitate and negotiate customer contracts and CSA’s
Working in parallel with District Managers and General Managers define a sales strategy and to grow all locations specific to the headquarters relationship as a multiple site agreement
Assisting and working with local teams on assigned projects to grow new business and implement services
Managing and documenting cost savings, lean programs, implementation and the supply chain
Utilize CRM, Microsoft Dynamics and other sales software
Meet and exceed internal sales KPI’s and performance targets
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Demonstrate strong organisation, planning and prioritising abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Willingness and ability to travel at least 35% of your time

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess or are working towards a degree in Business/Marketing OR have related industry experience and knowledge of the local market
