Role Overview This role is responsible to support trade marketing activities for our stakeholders from the Turkish market. The role will be working closely with OT (Organized Trade), AFH (Away From Home) and TT (Traditional Trade) channels by creating and delivering regular reports, presentations, orders and other execution standards. Responsibilities Prepare and deliver presentations to support monthly commercial calendar development and to share monthly priorities and small business updates for the field team. Format and enhance presentations of channel-based execution standards. Develop and deliver a variety of reports that track and share the latest performances of each specific channel. Open orders and manage stock controls. Offer support to Perfect Store, Trade Marketing, and Catman stakeholders. Monitor and analyze product and brand mixes to identify shifts and make proactive adjustments as needed. Implement robust tracking systems to access and extract detailed insights from reports. Prepare for the integration of customer data by establishing data sources and tracking customer-side data. Collect and transform invoice data into basic Excel files for easy tracking and reference. Utilize internal data sources to generate meaningful insights for the team, with a focus on presenting findings on a dashboard. Maintain records to assess the organization's performance compared to the AOP, with results displayed on the dashboard. Transform existing Power Point presentations into informative scorecards to facilitate decision-making processes. Convert Excel files into user-friendly dashboards for the market. Qualifications University degree. Full working proficiency in English & Turkish. Previous exposure to a similar role in an FMCG environment is a plus. Very good oral and written communication skills, both in English and Turkish. Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge is mandatory, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Power BI or previous work experience in Trade Marketing. Self-learner, willingness to develop skills according to role requirements. Ability to drive projects that will improve efficiency and accuracy of the current scope. Very good analytical skills and numeric abilities. Results-oriented, team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Able to manage competing tasks. Problem solver.
