Role Overview
We seek an experienced Head of Marketing to deepen engagement and interactions within our global community. This role involves creating impactful digital, physical, and multimedia projects in collaboration with our Founder, E-commerce Manager, and other departments to drive brand growth.

What You Will Do
- Craft and execute creative, dynamic marketing strategies that support brand collaborations, seasonal collections, and unique projects, enhancing brand awareness and embodying MISBHV’s avant-garde design ethos, forward-thinking communication, and artistic edge.
- Research and design new approaches for digital, social, and physical platforms, tailored to resonate across diverse global regions.
- Strategically allocate, monitor, and manage the global marketing budget.
- Develop and execute seasonal campaigns in close collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless project completion from concept to launch.
- Drive conversations with brand partners, building relationships that embody MISBHV’s subculture-driven values.
- Track project timelines meticulously, identifying potential conflicts and making adjustments to align with annual goals.
- Confidently lead all aspects of marketing and communication initiatives, from initial concept through to successful delivery, managing elements like budget, context, location, talent, medium, and timing.
Who You Are
- You have proven experience in marketing roles within luxury fashion, streetwear, or sportswear brands.
- You are skilled in cultivating brand communities and executing nuanced, targeted activations that resonate with brand identity.
- You have a proven ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- You have strong skills in creative direction, brand communication, and project management.
- You have a curatorial approach with deep knowledge of design, visual storytelling, relevant subcultures, and market trends.
