International Company that helps people discover the world and empowers everyone to be a creator. They are an AI backboned technology company operating top apps across the globe. They have millions of users from every continent. The newly opened Warsaw office is looking to hire a top Head of Sales to join its world-class team(s) and build impactful products together.

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

  1. Business management
  2. Analyze the agency ecosystem in the Polish market and create the key account agency business strategy
  3. Build partnerships with various types of leading agencies, including 4 A agencies, local branding agencies, and local performance agencies
  4. Develop partnerships with different functions in the agency partners, including creative, media, research & insights, training, etc.
  5. Design the agency business partnership model, including commercial terms, engagement model, and innovation programs
  6. Drive revenue from agency partners and achieve the sales target
  7. Team management
  8. Design the team structure and roles & responsibilities of team members
  9. Hire team members based on the ranking of priority
  10. Build team capability by coaching team members
  11. Lead team members to achieve their own sales targets
  12. Cross-functional collaboration
  13. Work with key account direct sales team on client services and budget acquisition
  14. Collaborate with sales marketing team on B2 B marketing activities for agency partners
  15. Coordinate with the product team on feedback and suggestions for agency-oriented ad solutions systems and tools
  16. Engage with all other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and build long-term growth

Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or above
  2. 12+ years of overall work experience, with 8+ years in digital marketing and 5+ years in digital agency-related roles
  3. 8+ years of team and people management experience
  4. Experience working with cross-functional teams
  5. Strong understanding of the Polish agency ecosystem and developing trends
  6. Strong network in the Polish agency industry, with solid experience working with C-level executives of agencies
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
  8. Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
  9. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
