Working as a member of the wider Campaign & Experiences team, the Event Coordinator will focus on supporting different phases of execution of an event, ensuring that every encounter delivers an exceptional experience for our stakeholders. The Event Coordinator should manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the event activities. Your key responsibilities Collaborate virtually with the Swiss EY Meeting & Events Team Administrative activities before, during, and after events Creation of online registration sites, building landing pages in marketing tools, EY Event Apps, and usage of virtual event platforms Administrative support in the execution of marketing campaigns Preparing & launching of marketing campaigns in Marketo Maintaining EY databases Being part of the core project team - planning, coordination, and execution of the required logistics Efficient use of methodologies, EY tools, and databases and constant development in digital solutions Be aware of quality/visibility and consistency of the EY Brand in events and campaigns Technical support On-site support, when required Skills and attributes for success First experience in organizing and executing events Excellent English Analytical mindset Tech-savvy Experienced user in MS Office and fair knowledge of Outlook and MS Teams Professional and diplomatic communicator Able to work independently, with attention to detail and proactive approach to make the project succeed Reactivity and ability to manage emergencies, think out of the box, and adapt to last-minute changes and business dynamics Understanding of the business environment by investigating and proposing service and process improvements Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies for marketing What we offer Continuous learning: You’ll develop the mindset and skills to navigate whatever comes next.
