We are looking for a Romanian VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value. Qualifications Proficiency in Romanian and English written and spoken; Proactive person with good support/sales skills; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Previous experience will be considered as an advantage. Responsibilities Being able to search and find solutions to customers issues; Able to analyse customers behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs; Monitor customers performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting; Ensure that products compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations; Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
