We are looking for a Norwegian speaking VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements
Proficiency in English and Norwegian both written and spoken.
Proactive person with good support / sales skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
Sales experience is needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Being able to search and find solutions for customers’ issues.
Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs.
Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting.
Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.
Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
