Are you passionate about digital, willing to develop skills in e-commerce and digital communication with strong result-orientation and structured thinking? We are looking for the individual who will join B2 B e-commerce team of Poland, Ukraine and Baltics. This team is responsible for driving commercial result at online channel in the Business Unit (pure and omni players).

We need e Commerce Retail Marketing Specialist to support short-term and long-term growth within ecommerce channel. We expect some practical digital knowledge and highly developed collaboration skills and professional values such as result orientation, accountability and reliability.



Enhance the quality of LEGO e Commerce presence across Pure Players, Marketplaces, and Omnichannel customers while tracking execution and driving improvements.

# Utilize knowledge of retailer digital ecosystems and e-commerce strategies to plan and execute effective campaigns across all retailer touchpoints, including social media and both onsite and offsite websites.

# Evaluate digital content performance against KPIs, driving continuous improvement and finding solutions to achieve goals through collaboration with retailers, content agencies, and e Commerce Team.

# Develop insights from available data to create benchmarks for e-commerce B2 B retailers and provide tailored solutions to enhance LEGO's positioning and visibility.

# Work closely with key accounts to co-plan and implement online activities, ensuring high-quality visibility and discoverability of the LEGO brand on retailer websites through collaboration with Key Account Managers and content agencies.

# Collaborate with the e Commerce team to identify new e Commerce opportunities and moments to amplify online visibility.





Strong digital competencies to communicate with customer web specialists

Basic knowledge of e-commerce including understanding of retail landscape, the dynamics of the

e-commerce channel, retailer needs and the differences and needs of both shoppers and consumers

Advanced level of verbal and written English

Very good Excel & Power Point skills
