Your mission as a SEM Team Leader position would be to drive sustained growth in e-commerce revenue through expertly managed and innovative Google Ads campaigns , while leading and empowering a team of SEM specialists to achieve top performance and alignment with key sales objectives.

What will you do?
- Collaborating with various departments within the organization and often acting like a project manager.
- Managing multiple projects at once - ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Leading a team of seasoned specialists in SEM, providing guidance and support to drive campaigns' success.
- Testing and implementing new solutions and tools to enhance campaigns’ performance.
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with over 500 000 USD monthly budget, to align with our sales-based KPIs.
- Formulation and execution of our Google Ads strategy.
- Planning and conducting A/B tests to enhance campaigns' and ads' performance.
- Analyzing data, preparing reports and generating actionable insights to drive campaigns' improvement.

General expectations:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Google Ads campaigns (with strong emphasis on e-commerce).
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leading a team.
- Proficiency in managing large-scale budgets.
- Expertise in working with product feeds.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Google Ads system.
- Strong familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent analytical and effective communication skills.
- Experience with Data Feed Watch or similar tools is a plus.
- Responsibility and a sense of ownership for the undertaken activities and projects.
- 2-3 years of agency experience preferred but not required.
