As a Junior Courier Recruit at Just Eat , you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of our couriers.
What will you do?Conduct recruitment interviews with prospective couriers You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for couriers using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Create and publish job advertisements on job portals Apply if: You are eager to work with candidates over the phone, are open, and can communicate well in Polish/English and Italian You can organize your work effectively.
You have initial experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or a call center.
Your English and Italian skills allow you to communicate effectively with international customers (minimum level B2/C1).
An additional asset will be if: You can already build and maintain relationships with candidates/clients.
You know the job market and recruitment tools in the area of temporary staffing.
You know the basics of labor law (including GDPR).
