We’re global, remote-friendly, and multicultural, yet we share the same values.proactively engage with potential clients via cold calls, cold emails, Linkedin and industry websitequalify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for Business Development Executivesmaintain and update the CRM system with detailed and accurate records of outreach efforts (Hub Spot)respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional interactionsadvise clients on best practices in email marketing and marketing automation, offering tailored solutions to meet their needscollaborate with marketing on campaigns to optimize lead generation strategiesprovide insights on lead quality and contribute to refining the sales processstay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments1-2 years of experience in B2 B sales, preferably in Saa S industryability to manage time effectively, and meet targetsstrong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive approacha collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvemententhusiasm for technology and a passion for helping businesses succeedfluency in English and Polish (min.
