The people you'll like to work with and the projects you'll enjoy impacting: As a Mar Tech Lead reporting to the Head of Customer Data & Technology in our Data and Strategic Analytics team, your purpose will be to own and evolve the technical foundation of our marketing technology stack.
You'll ensure that systems like Iterable, Salesforce, Segment, and other acquisition platforms work seamlessly together, enabling personalized, scalable marketing campaigns and frictionless customer journeys.
You'll also shape the Mar Tech roadmap and mentor a small team to deliver technical excellence across marketing operations.
Requirements Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need… Strong experience with marketing technology platforms (Iterable, Meta/Google Ads, analytics tools, CRM systems like Salesforce).
Hands-on technical skills with APIs, data mapping, SQL, and system integrations.
Proven ability to translate marketing requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
Experience managing Mar Tech platform performance, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows.
At a minimum, conversational level English language skills.
