Job Overview
As a Sustainability Manager at our company, your mission is to create, update, and deliver short- and long-term local sustainability strategies, supporting the global strategy to achieve climate neutrality (including CO2 reduction).
Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Solid knowledge and passion for sustainability.
Proven track record in leading projects and managing/influencing cross-functional teams.
Ability to use program management skills innovatively and remain flexible as the role evolves.
Capacity to identify interdependencies across functions and facilitate collaboration.
Experience in establishing partnerships with suppliers, NGOs, and industry organizations.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to create internal and external networks.
Experience in developing, recommending, and implementing improvements to address challenges.
Expertise and experience in environmental and social sustainability in the food and beverage industry.
Experience working with facilities, events, and supply chain sustainability practices.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to sustainability requirements.
