How can you support us in this?Your Role You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for local positions at our location in Lodz, as well as providing support for some international positions at our locations in Germany, Italy, or France. This includes creating job profiles, selecting appropriate search strategies, actively reaching out through social media, conducting interviews, and making job offers. You always keep your KPIs in mind and act in the best interest of the candidate experience!Your Contribution You attract the best talents for our specialist teams and help ensure that bonprix is perceived as an attractive employer by applicants.
