Engagement & Development HR Business Partner
Supporting local ABP Leaders in Poland in people-related topics, ensuring high ethical & social compliance standards to be applied to our employees during all stages of employee experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting ABP leaders and employees in their development journey.
- Ensuring Leadership Development in line with ABP Development policy.
- Organising Learning & Development initiatives around all Polish ABP locations.
- Conducting activities to ensure high engagement and loyalty of our employees.
- Conducting probationary reviews and exit interviews.
- Ensuring that diversity and equality are core tenets of the company’s culture.
- Ensuring meeting ethical audits requirements (e.g. SEDEX/ SMETA).
- Daily cooperating with external labour providers (e.g. external work agencies and recruiters) to ensure high social & ethical standards are applied.
- Ensuring daily HR support to all ABP employees and sub-contractors.
- Providing reports on people cases/issues/statistics on a regular basis.
Our requirements
- Min. 5 Years of experience within HR, Personal or People & Culture department.
- Experience in developing leaders and employees within international environment.
- Knowledge of Ethical or Social Responsibility international standards & best practices.
- Knowledge of Employee engagement area.
- Fluent usage of Microsoft Office (Ms Excel and MS Word), MS Power Point.
- Very good command of English and Polish language.
