We are looking for a People Partner to join us and collaborate with the HR Lead in managing HR processes. Our vendor team is developing and testing a product for one of the top 5 tech companies. As our project grows, we’re expanding our team to keep HR operations running smoothly and provide better support.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Warsaw.
Requirements:
- C1 level of English (essential)
- 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably within the IT sector
- Understanding of general HR processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Polish is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with internal managers
- Conducting one-on-one meetings with team members
- Arranging internal team-building activities and events
- Monitoring team dynamics, providing guidance, and assisting in resolving issues
- Conducting surveys and questionnaires
