We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Partner Manager to join our team at Get Response, focusing on the EMEA region! In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and nurturing new referral partnerships that drive revenue growth. You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with partners, equipping them with the tools and support they need to promote our innovative products effectively. As a Partner Manager, you’ll play a key role in monitoring partner performance, identifying new growth opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to align efforts and achieve business goals. We’re global, remote-friendly, and multicultural, yet we share the same values.build and nurture a strong network of new and existing referral partnersnegotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards, product pricing, and legal guidelinesprovide training, resources, and ongoing support to help partners effectively promote Get Response MAX productsmonitor partner performance, support them in meeting sales quotas, and ensure customer satisfactionstay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunitiesmaintain strong, positive relationships with partners, ensuring a consistent flow of leadsengage in marketing actions, events, and trade shows to maximize brand presence and partner successhave experience with a referral partnership model, including 2+ years in a similar positionunderstand what makes partner relationships successfulhave experience managing partners in the Saa S industrytake an outbound approach to business developmenthave experience training sales partner teamsdemonstrate a proactive, "hunter" attitudeare fluent in both English and Polish To oferujemy Salary range: Contract of employment: 6 000 – 10 000 PLN gross/month B2 B contract: 319 – 583 PLN net/man-daywe work in a hybrid model for those based in the Tri-City area; employees based outside the area work fully remotelyhome office set up – a one-time bonus for a maximum of 1000 PLN (or equivalent) to help set up your home office spaceprivate medical care for employees and their family membersemployee referral program – up to 10 000 PLN for recommending a friendflexible working hours and no meeting days – we want to help you adjust your schedule to your activitieswellbeing and mental health culture – mental health helpline, sport card, yoga classes, etc.modern equipment – most of our teams work on Mac Bookslanguage classesinternal initiatives like webinars, knowledge-sharing sessions, and more!Review stage: We’ll check your resumé/CV to screen for various criteria and match your talents with opportunities.
