As a Plant Director, you'll have a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the functionality of a Żywiec Zdrój factory in Mirosławiec. You'll be responsible for the entire operations of a manufacturing plant, including managing daily activities to ensure high performance with an emphasis on environmental aspects. SAFETY: Maintaining safety standards and legal requirements Building a WISE culture Maintaining compliance with the group's standards QUALITY: Responsibility for the quality and safety of products delivered to the market Representation of the factory in the event of inspections by institutions responsible for food safety Representation and responsibility for internal and external certifications and audits COSTS: Responsibility for maintaining the level of productivity at the expected level Animation of the productivity process at the factory level Analysis and approval of potential investments enabling the increase in factory efficiency EFFICIENCY: Responsibility for the performance of the line (2 lines) including: responsibility for the implementation of a systemic approach to performance management Defining key KPIs and programs addressing process inefficiencies Cost-optimal organization of work and staffing TEAM STRATEGY and MANAGEMENT: Building the factory strategy Animation of factory platforms Management of the direct team - development paths, organization of work, building plans to mitigate risks in absenteeism situations, providing back-ups for key positions Responsibility for the level of team involvement Cooperation with trade unions Management of relations with representatives of local authorities and social organizations Management of projects and programs - conducting cross-factory projects ENVIRONMENT: Responsibility for programs related to the impact on the environment, waste, water, sewage, and energy About You We expect you to have: Professional experience of about 10 years (including production)Experience in Plant Director role (or any other role focusing on production management)Experience with IWS/WCM, and ability to lead this kind of change Focus on continuous improvement and standardization Ability to implement changes Stakeholder management (local authorities, trade unions, CBU, Manex)Alignment with Danone's culture (mindset of safety, quality, people)Ability to use English in everyday, professional situations About Danone Each time we eat and drink, we vote for the world we want to live in DANONE is not an ordinary company - we are a group of companies and together with Danone, Żywiec Zdrój, and Nutricia we are fulfilling our mission, according to which "we bring health to as many people as possible.”Click the “Apply” button and create your profile in the recruitment system by uploading a CV.
