This privacy policy regards how we store and deal with your user information.

When using Jobs-Search, you agree to have read, understand, and accepted the following terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you will not have to use it.
 
 
 

1.  Information you provide

1.1. When using the Services, you may be asked to provide personal information about yourself, such as your name, contact information, payment information, etc. This may occur, for example, when you register on the Services, correspond with a recruiter via the Services, or complete other forms or transactions, such as a request for job seeking. You may also provide information about a third party through the Services, for example, if you share a job posting with a recipient via email. We may combine this information with other information we collect from your interaction with the Services or from other companies. 
1.2. Some information you provide through the Services is collected and processed by third parties on our behalf. For example, when you order products or services through the Services, we may need to collect your credit or debit card information. This information is collected and processed by third-party payment processors. In the event that a credit report is required to use a Service, you may be asked to provide your Social Security number ("SSN"). When SSNs are required, we use technology to pass that information directly to the third-party providers who need the information to process the credit or background check report.

Usage logs. We collect information about your use of our Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Services. We also collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, such as the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and browsing behavior.

Public content. You may provide information publicly through the Services, such as when you leave a review for a real estate professional, or when you contribute to discussion forums.

Social networks. If you use the social networking connection functions offered through the Services, we may access all of your social network profile information that you have made available to be shared and to use it in accordance with this privacy policy. Please refer to the instructions governing your social network account to manage the information that is shared through your account.



2. COOKIES

2.2. You allow us to use cookies to store any session, unique identifiers, preferences, or any other data that will help us among others to identify you as a visitor or logged in member, and provide you with the best browsing experience at our site.

Third-party cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies. We work with service providers and advertising networks to track and manage cookie information and your activities while you're using the Services and your online activities over time and across different websites and devices. For example, third parties may use cookies to deliver advertisements to you based on your visit to the Services.

3. USER ACCOUNT 

3.1. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
3.2. Your personal email address will only be used for Jobs-Search to communicate with you and to send you a new password in case you request it. Also to send you letters from other users that got interested in your ad, and willing to contact you.
3.3. Your user password will be stored in an irreversible format.
3.4. Your user password will never be shown, sold or given.
3.5. The activity of your account will be closely monitored and recorded for quality and security purposes in order to provide you with better support and to act as an extra assurance against any misusage. Your account’s activity / data will not be freely shared with third parties under any circumstances and it will not be used in any other way nor to any other end.
3.6. Conversations between you and our support are private. You are not allowed to publicly display them.

4. ADVERTISEMENTS 

4.1. Jobs-Search is not responsible for any of the contents in advertisements shown at Jobs-Search. This applies to all advertisement information we may display.
4.2. It's your responsibility when you click an advertisement link, click a link inside the advertisement page or browse its contents.
4.3. Every advertisement submitted to Jobs-Search can be shared with our social media followers via our social media channels. In case when the ad contains video, this video can be uploaded to Jobs-Search YouTube Channel, and Jobs-Search reserves the full rights to monetize it.

5. Third party advertisements 

We also use third party advertisements on Jobs-Search.org to support our site.  Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program, follow link to know How Google uses information from sites or apps that use their services) information including your IP address, your ISP , the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed.  This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York job vacancies ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites).  
You can chose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security.  However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites.  This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts.  
Collected information may include the content you view, the date and time that you view this content, and the website that referred you to the Services, and this information may be associated with your unique browser, device identifier, or Internet Protocol (IP) address. These practices help tailor advertisements that are relevant and useful to you. These tailored advertisements may appear on the Services or on other websites, applications or properties.  

6.  How Jobs-Search Uses Your Information

  Jobs-Search generally uses the information collected about you to provide and improve the Services, including to:
 
  • provide and deliver the Services, process transactions and send related information such as confirmations and invoices;
  • send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
  • respond to your comments, questions and requests and provide customer service;
  • communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards and events offered by Jobs-Search and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;
  • monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Services;
  • revise, modify, and update existing Services and develop new Services;

7. When Jobs-Search Shares and Discloses Your Information

  Your privacy is important and we are committed to protecting your information that identifies you personally. We will only share personal information that you provide outside the public areas of the Services in the following circumstances:
 
    • With your consent. When you consent or direct Jobs-Search to share the personal information. This happens when you submit your information through many of our Services. For example, if you choose to contact a recruiter through the Services, your name, phone number, email address, and message content will appear to the recipient of the message. Similarly, if you apply for job seeking through the Services, your application information will be sent to prospective job agents.
    • Service providers to Jobs-Search. When Jobs-search hires a service provider to help operate the Services or our business, Jobs-Search  may give access to personal information only as appropriate to perform the service for Jobs-Search , and subject to the terms of this privacy policy. Jobs-Search  always remains responsible for the privacy of your personal information that is shared with service providers.
    • Partners with whom we conduct business. When Jobs-Search  partners with other businesses to offer products and services, we may share information with those business partners only as needed to provide those products and services and only subject to the terms of this privacy policy.

  Throughout the Services, we may link to the websites of other companies and/or individuals. Further, certain functionalities on the Services may involve the distribution of your listing information to third-party websites. These third-party websites may collect information about users on those websites, and Jobs-Search's privacy policy does not extend to these external websites and third parties. Job-Search takes reasonable steps to protect the information users share with us from unauthorized use, access, and disclosure, both during transmission and at rest. However, no transmission of information via the Internet nor electronic storage solution can be entirely secure, so please be aware that we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access, update, and delete personal information you provide to Jobs-Search in your account profile by logging into your account on the relevant Jobs-Search Service. We may maintain a copy of the original version of your information in our records.

We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
