We are currently looking for experienced Process Engineer. The role supports the development of high precision automated and manual assembly processes, the transfer to manufacturing of processes and products, and the technical support of the assembly processes in manufacturing. The aim being to deliver improved capacity scalability and yields. The role works very closely with our design teams and NPI slice and switch teams. The position involves work across 2 manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary).
Key tasks:
Development and transfer to manufacturing of automated/manual assembly equipment to provide improved capacity, quality, yields and cost
Hands-on technical support assembly and processes at manufacturing locations
Balance production line, improve process by increasing quality and reduce cycle times
Performing assessment of new equipment and processes
Project management support for new processes and equipment introduction
Your profile
Educated in an engineering subject to degree level
5+ years’ experience of work in process engineering (manual and automated)
Proven ability to develop new assembly processes and to transfer the processes to manufacturing
Able to conceptualize assembly and automation methods and to understand interactions between components, processes and product performance
Proven experience with the optimising production process and balancing production line
Experience of 6 Sigma and LEAN manufacturing methodologies
Practise knowledge with SPC, FMEA, VSM, MES
Experience with report creation (BI tools)
Knowledge of quality tools (Ishikawa, 5 W2 H, 5 Why, Pareto diagram)
Very good spoken and written English
