State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) – Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven
Process Engineer, Assistant Vice President
to play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires technical expertise in process engineering methodologies, data analysis, and a deep understanding of systems integration.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed process mapping, analysis, and design to identify areas for improvement across business functions.
Apply process engineering methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design and implement automated solutions, enhancing process efficiency.
Use data analysis techniques to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows to ensure consistency and scalability.
Assist with the implementation and testing of new processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational objectives.
Monitor and analyze process metrics, providing insights and reports to stakeholders on process performance.
Requirements:
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and process mapping software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and present process improvements to stakeholders.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, or a related technical role.
