The Role: Product Manager (Web3 + Community + Physical Integration)
We're searching for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of Web3, community platforms, and real-world experiences. You’ll shape the product roadmap, collaborate closely with engineering and design, and use AI-powered tools to accelerate execution. This is both a strategic and hands-on role — perfect for someone who loves building 0→1 and scaling products.
What You’ll Do: Product Strategy
Craft and communicate the product vision and roadmap
Prioritize features across user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
Make data-driven decisions informed by metrics and experimentation
Drive innovation while ensuring practical execution
Strengthen the integration between physical spaces and digital systems
Execution & Delivery
Lead sprint planning and manage the product backlog
Track progress and communicate milestones clearly
Anticipate and resolve blockers quickly
Implement strong QA, user feedback loops, and iterative improvements
What We’re Looking For Must-Haves:
3–5 years of product management experience
Proven success shipping products (0→1 or scaling)
Strong user-centric thinking and UX judgment
Comfortable working with analytics, metrics, experimentation, and churn reduction
Highly Valued:
Web3 knowledge: wallets, NFTs, De Fi, blockchain fundamentals
Active crypto user (e.g., Uniswap, Aave, etc.)
Experience building mobile-first products (PWAs, responsive design)
Marketplace product experience (two-sided systems, booking flows, matching algorithms)
