Responsibilities
Analysis of requests for proposals and technical documentation in terms of technological feasibility
Development of production line and process concepts, including layouts and technical specifications
Identifying technical risks and preparing cycle time analyses
Obtaining and analyzing offers for key equipment and assessing their suitability for the designed solutions
Verifying, testing, and selecting the technologies necessary to implement the processes
Presenting technical concepts to customers and agreeing on design requirements
Market analysis in terms of costs and prices and preparation of budget calculations
Close cooperation with the sales department and transfer of developed concepts to the implementation department
Cooperation with technology suppliers and monitoring of industry trends and innovations
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Product Manager, Process Engineer, Senior Mechanical Designer, or related)
Higher technical education (preferred: Mechanical Engineering and Machine Construction or related fields)
Ability to read technical documentation and work in a 2 D (Draft Sight) and 3 D (Solid Works) environment
Knowledge of process engineering and assembly line design principles
Very good technical communication and presentation skills, and ability to work in a team
Market awareness in terms of costs and prices
Independence in decision-making and responsibility for proposed solutions
Basic knowledge of Industrial Automation issues
Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level
Nice to have
Experience in working with Teamcenter and Flex Sim systems
