You take on the role of Proxy Product Owner in our agile and international software development projects Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on customer side to create and communicate the product vision, ensuring everyone is aligned with the project goals and objectives. Take ownership of prioritizing tasks and organizing and moderating customer workshops to gather requirements and feedback effectively. Translate customer requirements into prioritized backlog items, such as epics and user stories, to guide the development process. Develop customized solutions and support their implementation in agile projects, including Scrum, to deliver value to our customers. Manage the product backlog effectively to ensure that the Scrum team remains focused on delivering value and achieving project success. Stay informed about technological trends and develop innovative ideas and new business models to address customer needs proactively. Provide support to project managers in budgeting and forecasting by offering insights into resource requirements and project dependencies. We are looking for colleagues with T-shaped skills; university degrees in computer science, or business administration, or a comparable mix of knowledge/experience. You can have various professional backgrounds; business, technical (IT), or a mix of experiences in many industries and Agile mindset, Scrum/Kanban, and intrapreneurship sound very familiar to you. You enjoy working with and talking to other people (clients, colleagues, and any other stakeholders). High tolerance for change (last-minute adjustments, altering of requirements, etc.) and everyday project ambiguities. Readiness to learn frequently, work with many dependencies, and step up into role quickly and often. Openness to regular weekly visits to the Katowice office.
