For our Partner, we are looking for a Product Owner with a strong background in Financial Services. This person will help implement Agile best practices while supporting cross-functional teams from both the business and technology sides.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise, define, and prioritize product backlog.
Manage sprint planning.
Manage workshops to understand business needs.
Define KPIs to monitor a project.
Summarize project updates during specific committees.
Conduct Agile events (sprint planning, daily meetings, etc.).

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Product Management roles (Financial Sector).
Agile/Scrum methodology expert.
Ability to discuss with both the business and IT teams.
Change Management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Curiosity and openness.
Creative, proactive, and a driving force.
Knowledge of banking and asset management areas.
Financial educational background is a plus.
PSPO or other Scrum certification is a plus.
English language (B2/C1) is required, French (B1/B2) is a plus.
