About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic AI initiatives for one of our enterprise clients. The client is currently building a new AI‑focused organization and launching programs in two core domains:
Data analytics & decision intelligence
AI agents & workflow automation
Responsibilities
Lead and manage AI‑related projects from initiation to delivery, covering both data and automation domains.
Define project scope, delivery roadmap, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Establish and optimize delivery processes, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms.
Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Developers.
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation outcomes.
Promote continuous improvement, transparency, and high performance within delivery teams.
Prepare executive‑level status reports and drive decision‑making through data‑driven insights.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management.
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), or other core AI initiatives.
Strong technical understanding of the AI/ML project lifecycle (from experimentation, through MLOps, to production deployment).
Fluency in Agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) with the ability to pragmatically adapt them to an AI context.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, essential for managing complex stakeholder interactions.
Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or advanced Agile certifications (e.g., PSM II, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
Fluent English (minimum C1 level) is required, as the project operates in an international environment.
