Lead Recruitment Consultant at Infinity Quest Requirements: University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT; Minimum 15 years of experience in project and/or service management in the IT field; Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of collaboration and productivity within a large organization; Experience with document collaboration platforms and solutions based on Microsoft’s Online services and related technologies; Experience in designing, rolling out and overseeing each component of the ecosystem in Microsoft 365; Experience in managing service delivery for collaboration platforms (M365 etc.); Experience with monitoring ticket queues, SLAs, and service quality; Experience with defining and enforcing collaboration platform governance (naming conventions, access control, data classification); Experience in executing horizontal projects in large-scale organizations; Experience in sensitive data storage in Microsoft cloud environments; At least one version of Project Management certification and at least one certification in Service Management is required for the role; Excellent command of the English and French language.
