Responsibilities
Implementation and maintenance of Unified Communications and Call/Contact center telecommunications systems
Remote / onsite implementation of telecommunications projects for customers in Poland and the EMEA region
Pre-sales technical support for the internal sales department
Maintaining direct contact and technical assistance to the company's clients
Business trips up to 10 percent of working time
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field generally preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the B2 B telecommunications industry on the Polish or international market
Advanced knowledge of Avaya and / or Mitel CC and UC solutions
Advanced IT and telecommunications technical background with focus on VOIP, SIP and other communication protocols
Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare) and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Independence in solving technical problems and analytical skills
Ability to work on many projects of various scope and scale
Required experience in working with an external: Polish and international customers
Practical knowledge of English (additional languages present will be an advantage)
Experience in field-services work required
Category B driving license
