We are looking for a QA Engineer who will join our scrum team building complex data-driven applications, including Searchlight Cloud. Duties and Responsibilities: You will work in 2-week sprints, assist with building data-driven applications in a team of backend developers, frontend developers and QA - an interdisciplinary scrum team, You will use testing tools, define and support QA strategies, You will perform both manual (50%) and automated (50%)testing, Writing testing scenarios will also be a part of your daily responsibilities Requirements Must have:3+ years of experience as QA (automation and manual testing), Experience with REST APIFamiliarity with Python, Typescript Excellent knowledge about task and bug lifecycle, A holistic approach to the product you build, Very good in English (written and verbal), Very good in Polish (written and verbal)Ability to work at least 3 days a week from our office in Gliwice Nice to have: Familiarity with Postman, Playwright, Testrail, Pytest Experience in data analysis, Usage of AI tools in daily work, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a similar technical University degree, Experience in working in agile methodologies Benefits Perks & Benefits: Private healthcare (Medicover), Sport cards (Medicover Sport), Regular team integration meetings, Training budget, Company lunch/breakfast once a week, English lessons with a native speaker during working hours (1,5h a week), Snacks in the office, Free parking near the office
