About Product: Finteqhub A PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform. Learn more Key responsibilities: Interaction with L1/L2 support teams to resolve issues; Investigating issues and bugs in the production environment; Performing manual or (preferably) automated testing, along with developing test documentation; Close collaboration with internal development teams (QA, AQA, DEV and Analytics). Requirements: At least 2.5 years of experience as a QA or L3 Engineer; Understanding of the software development lifecycle, modern distributed applications, and microservices architecture; Strong analytical skills and experience working with logs (Kibana). The role involves a significant amount of log analysis; Experience in testing web applications, including REST APIs (Postman, Charles Proxy). It will be nice if you have: Basic knowledge of Go/Java; Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests; Previous experience in a technical support team (L2/L3); Familiarity with SQL, Docker, Kafka, Postgre SQL; Interest in growing as a Go dev.
