About Umicore Battery Materials

What you will be doing
Plant representation during IATF16949 certification audits
Management of audit nonconformities
Pre-audit documentation preparation
Annual Quality Management Review supervision
Internal Auditors evaluation
Quality Key Performance Indicators, supervision
Internal & multilayered Process Audits supervision and improvement
Participating in Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, Quality Management
System and Energy Management System regarding roles and responsibilities included in additional file
Assurance the quality policies and procedures meet the customer and organization needs
Internal Documents’ Management System Coordination
Monitoring quality standards and ensuring that all departments and employees comply with the established quality standards
Who we are looking for
Higher education (preferably technical or chemical)
Min. 5-7 years of professional experience in the quality department (preferred in the automotive industry)
Experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a similar position
Ability to create and update the system and process documentation
Knowledge of IATF requirements, tools and quality specifications (PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8 D, FMEA)
Knowledge of VDA 6.3
Very good English language (written and spoken)
Knowledge of MS Office
Driving license. B
