We’re looking for someone who knows the commercial real estate market and enjoys the full sales cycle - from approaching a potential client to closing the contract.
If you have relationships with landlords, asset managers, developers, or property managers, and you love being out in the market talking to decision-makers, this
role is for you.
This is a full-ownership Business Development / Sales role - you’re not “managing a pipeline,” you’re building it.
You Will:
Identify and approach target accounts (developers, landlords, asset/property managers)
Open doors using your network and industry knowledge
Run discovery meetings and product demos
Prepare offers and close the deals
Work directly with the CEO – fast decisions, zero bureaucracy
You are perfect for this role if:
You already have a network within commercial real estate (developers, landlords, property managers, brokers, etc.)
You are tech‑savvy and able to explain complex solutions clearly
You speak the language of business value, not technical jargon
You have B2 B sales experience (Prop Tech / Io T / CRE tech is a plus)
You are proactive, independent, and driven by outcomes
