Our Operational Procurement team in Poland is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist with Spanish for Indirect Spend. We encourage qualified candidates to apply and take on the responsibilities outlined in this offer. What will you be doing?Clarify demand specifications with requesters and advise on existing buying channels and indirect spend areas. Conduct spot buys by requesting quotations, negotiating, and preparing award decisions. Manage transactional ordering based on framework agreements or spot buy activities by creating, modifying, and releasing SAP purchase orders. Verify purchase orders against supplier confirmations. Provide procurement Helpdesk support to internal requesters for exceptional cases. Monitor supplier timeliness and handle complaints via SAP QM QNS. Initiate master data management processes (adding/changing suppliers). Resolve purchase order/invoice mismatches. What are we looking for?Minimum 2 years of proven experience in procurement operations. Good understanding of procurement functions, processes, and buying channels. Practical experience in customer and supplier negotiations. SAP MM knowledge. Experience in supplier analysis and selection. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point; Power BI is an advantage. Soft skills: team-player, communicative, with technical knowledge. Language skills: Spanish C1 level required.
