About you At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a retail or FMCG sector, Flexibility to travel in the across Poland (several regions, mostly in the north of Poland) and/or internationally based on the needs of the business, Fluency in Polish and English is a MUST, Proven ability to multi-site management in a fast paced, high volume environment, Demonstrated understanding of customer experience and continually improving this to achieve results, Strong communication skills, Can do attitude, Analytical skills.
