Digital Competency Center - the scope of our activities is based on several key areas. Responsibilities
Managing a team of programmers in several locations in Poland
Planning and allocating specialists to reported project requests
Recruiting for projects: collaborating with local recruiting departments and sales department in recruitment processes, including reporting needs and coordinating the entire process
Proactively seek opportunities to engage employees in projects
Supporting business development by assisting in the pre-sales process
Taking care of employee development (coordinating career paths, project changes, annual evaluations)
Analyzing and monitoring employee satisfaction
Conducting regular meetings with team members
Meeting set quarterly/annual targets
Taking care of the appropriate level of costs, controlling the execution of budgets, ongoing observation and analysis of the pay scale
Requirements
Work experience in the area of recruitment/administration/sales
Knowledge in the area of soft HR (recruitment, selection, training, employee evaluations, communication, allocation of resources to projects) in the IT industry
Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
Commitment, communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to plan and organize own and team work well
Fluent communication in English
Fluent knowledge of Polish language required
Residence in Poland required

Experience in team management is welcome
