Responsibilities
Ensuring the functionality of fleet systems in terms of error handling, problem analysis, notifications and verification of repair implementation
Supporting the process of testing new functionalities of IT systems, including preparing test scenarios and reporting results.
Optimization of systems and processes
Preparing summaries and reports
Requirements
Experience in building databases,
Good knowledge of MS EXCEL and SQL will be an advantage
Communication skills and teamwork skills
English at an advanced level
Analytical and technical skills will be an added advantage
