ALVO Medical provides innovative solutions and products for operating theaters, hybrid operating rooms, intensive care units, and other hospital departments. We have been installing operating rooms and manufacturing medical devices for hospitals worldwide for over 30 years.

We are looking for:

ALVO Medical is seeking a passionate individual who enjoys working with clients, loves interacting with people, and is ambitious about building and implementing a sales strategy for medical products. The primary responsibility in this role will be managing the sales division on an international scale.

What will be your responsibility:

  • Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Manage the national and export sales department through planning, organizing, and providing leadership.
  • Provide “Order intake,” manage backlog and pipeline.
  • Stimulate and monitor the growth of the efficiency of the sales department in line with the set goals.
  • Initiate actions to encourage the development of the team responsible for achieving the set goals – focus on developing the skills of the sales team.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor domestic and international markets with regard to the sales potential of medical products.
  • Analyze data and plan actions to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Represent the company at national and international trade fairs, e.g. Arab Health in Dubai.
  • Collaborate with companies inside the Reinsberg Group.
  • Continuously monitor the competition in the area of similar products and services.
  • Report to the Board of ALVO Medical and the Reinsberg Group.

What is important to us:

  • Higher education.
  • Experience in a managerial position in an international environment, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Independence in task execution and problem-solving, with excellent work organization.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages, including advanced English.
  • Knowledge of the medical market is a strong asset.
  • Accuracy and systematic approach to performing assigned duties – goal-oriented mindset.
  • Focus on high standard of service and reinforcing the positive image of the ALVO Medical and Reinsberg Group brands.
  • Ability to manage and motivate the team, set and enforce the sales targets.
  • Open mindset to implement modern solutions and the ability to efficiently process data.
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Driving license (B).
