SUBSIDIARY / DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:
The role is to provide consulting services and find business opportunities within the Samsung Electronics Europe Subsidiaries.
Purpose of the Job
The Role in Samsung SDS Europe UK has responsibilities of leadership not only to build up from current ERP project and support but also develop new business opportunities in ICT to grow the company. The role requires fluent and meaningful communications and impressive presentation skills to pursue new projects or enhancements for our stakeholders. You will work closely with the Samsung Electronics in Europe, our project partners, SDS/SEC HQ, internal support teams and relevant third parties, to sales and deliver projects.
Key Accountabilities
Build relationship with customer stakeholder and execute producing and pitching proposals to the customer.
Ownership of all ICT business development projects from planning through to delivery.
Building quarterly and yearly strategy as well as action plan for ICT business development.
Identifying the weak areas in the process and find a better improved process.
Manage, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve agreed deadlines and meet user requirements.
Identify and implement improvements to systems and its applications to meet forecast business requirements.
Work in multi-disciplinary teams on major projects, contributing expertise and advice to ensure successful project completion.
The business has a fast pace environment and that the business changes require someone adaptable and willing to learn new areas.
Travel within Europe or to HQ if necessary.

Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Skills and Attributes
Essential –
ERP advanced skills mainly for SAP SD.
Dedicated to customer care or customer support.
Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels.
Self-motivated, well presented, professional and dedicated.
Advantage -
Great understanding system landscape to conduct both process innovation and system integration.
Largely autonomous role and comfortable with working with senior managers within IT and within the business.
Knowledge in EDI, IDOC and ALE technology.
S/4 HANA and Fiori Apps with specific areas such as a ATP in SD, TM in LE
Experience
Essential –
Good customer facing skills with experience of all levels of people in the user community.
Good Business Process knowledge in Retail industry(or Hi-Tech Product Sales).
Experience of working in a large multi-national company in a support.
Able to take responsibility, work under pressure, show initiative and have good problem solving and communication skills.
Advantage -
Implementation for Customer/3 PL EDI, IDOC and ALE technology.
ERP project experiences based on S/4 HANA.
