As a Scrum Leader in our office in Warsaw, you will be a servant-leader of an agile team within a Scaled Agile Framework - based organization sought at improving the flow of value delivery of best-in-class quality process control products built across web, cloud, PC and embedded platforms coordinated with locally developed hardware. We look forward to seeing your application! In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Effectively drive the team to perform at efficient level towards meeting goals and commitments.

Lead the team efficiently performing Lean-Agile cadence practices (sprint planning, reviews, refinement, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, Work collaboratively across the organization to effectively remove impediments and raise issues to the appropriate level and work with them to find solutions.

Foster agile standard processes and a culture of relentless improvement to continuously improve the team’s predictability and delivery Collaborate and coordinate with other Scrum Leaders and the rest of Agile Release Train (ART) leaders to support the ART’s co You think action-first Work with management to raise problems encountered on/among scrum teams as necessary.

Ensures the team lives by Lean-Agile values and principles; influence scrum teams towards an effective agile implementation while maintaining their sense of ownership and empowerment Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across the organization; develop the team metrics, drives corrective actions, and communicates progress to team members.

Support continuous improvement activities on the ART- or department- level and other tasks given by direct manager Who You Are: You are passionate about working with software development teams and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or proven experience in software development up to 5 years Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams implementing Scrum or Scrum within a SAFe context Knowledge of agile processes and the Scrum Master’s role through at least one of the following certifications, preferably - Certified SAFe Scrum Master (Scaled Agile), Certified SAFe, Scrum Master (Scaled Agile), Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), Professional Scrum Master I, II, or III ( – nice to have Understanding of the challenges commonly faced in a scaled agile context, excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical information to a range of audiences Excellent skills in facilitation and assessing, understanding, and navigating team dynamics towards building and maintaining a high-performance team Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience working within the development groups of a team implementing the Scaled Agile Framework.

One or more SAFe certifications, especially Certified SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Program Consultant Experience in development of solutions integrating software development on multiple platforms and proprietary hardware development Experience in the development of process control systems, avionics, or other near-real time information control systems.
