The candidate will be responsible for, and assisting with, the supervision and planning across our three engineering teams App, Web and CMS (Sitecore). The candidate must be able to work in a distributed team and independently, as the tasks are cross functional where strong communication and collaboration skills are crucial.TASKS:Being an agile champion for the team in the NEoS Clients (frontend) department which means driving teams, stakeholders and partners in the Agile way of working.Acting as a change ambassador to drive the learning culture and the agile mindset in the agile teams.Supporting the agile team members and Product Owner to reach their goals.Planning and keeping track of and help solve impediments and escalate if necessary.Helping the team to manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews, as well as preparing and aligning expectations before and during events.REQUIREMENTS:A bachelor (B.Sc.) or master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.Minimum 3 years of documented experience in agile methodologies.Excellent documentation standards.Servant Leader.Experience working in high-performance Agile (SCRUM) environment.Excellent in written and spoken communication in English both on technical and personal level.Team oriented approach to problem solving and change management.Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to others.Self-motivated problem solver with positive and constructive cando attitude.Open to giving and receiving feedback.NICE TO HAVES:Experience in banking system development.Work in distributed teams.Experience managing, building and deploying applications using Azure DevOps.Working with OKRs.WE OFFER:Challenging international projects in a Scandinavian business culture.Long-term cooperation.Transparently built relations based on trust and fair play.Flexible working hours.Co-financed benefits: Medicover card, Multisport card.Relocation package and internal reference bonus.
