Be the primary point of contact for Information Security services.
Understand service agreement details, processes for delivering contracted/agreed upon cybersecurity services.
Identify and drive service improvements to performance goals where adjustments may be with Information Security, service provider, or both.
Responsibilities Your day to day with us: Understand Master Service Agreement details and processes for service delivery, internal and external Review and analyze service compliance & product provider performance to Master Service Agreements managed by Global IT Procurement Monitor service provider SLAs including, but not limited to, OT Infrastructure, hardware performance and replacement requirements due to failure, system patching, anti-virus, system backups, data log ingestion, threat detection, and incident response Monitor and drive service partner compliance to Pepsi Co standards and controls.
Drive performance improvements Establish and lead formal service review meetings at frequency to drive improvements Provide requirements to OT Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst for reporting and dashboarding providing insights to service partner performance and compliance Request new reports/modifications to reports as required Qualifications What you will need to succeed: Years of Experience:5+ years global service management 8+ years senior leadership Mandatory "Technical" Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Power BI as end-user Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools - Excel (pivot tables), Word, Power Point Proficient in search engines and research Mandatory "Non-technical" Skills: Strong analytical, data visualization, and negotiating skills Strong project management skills (Waterfall and Agile)Ability to drive improvements in internal and external partners Strong process efficiency and procedure development skills Very strong verbal and written communication skills, executive presentation skills Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, SLA's, compliance, metrics Strong leadership to drive change, improve performance, and build partnerships Strong people skills communicating across various organizational levels Ability to seek feedback on deliverables and build consensus with stakeholders Ability to evaluate situations, understand multiple perspectives, clarify ambiguous areas, apply critical thinking Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work across global time zones About Pepsi Co We believe that culture should be at the cornerstone of everything we do at Pepsi Co.
