JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Analyst / Project Manager Wrocław, PolandWe are looking for a Senior Analyst/Project Manager in Pricing Operations Projects, to support our Pricing & Analytics function (which has offices in the UK, US, Poland and India).The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of pricing projects that impact all the Pricing & Analytics team.For the right person this is a fantastic opportunity to flourish within an internationally respected, strong, growing insurance company.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?·Assist and lead the end-to-end planning, delivery and control of change of technical projects across the Pricing & Analytics function·Provide assistance, coordination and input for central pricing projects·Manage timelines, deliverables and accountabilities of the various stakeholders ·Encourage good project management practices across the function through training and the production of project management templates·Exposure to personally delivering elements of the projects·Work across all pricing teams and with other functions (e.g. Underwriting, IT, Data Privacy Office, HR) as required.·Assist in the coaching and development of junior members of the team.You will report to local Manager.SHARE your talentWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:·Able to take a big picture view.
